Visitors attending the 2026 Xinying District Street Parade may use the following three locations as reference arrival points for the event area:

Tainan City Xinying District Office ∣ No. 30, Zhongzheng Rd., Xinying Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan 

MinJhih Civic Center, Tainan City Government ∣No. 36, Minzhi Rd., Xinying Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan 

Xinying Cultural Center ∣ No. 23, Zhongzheng Rd., Xinying Dist., Tainan City, Taiwan 

All three locations are within or near the street parade area. Traffic controls will be in effect from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM on October 17 along Minzhi Rd., Zhongzheng Rd., Sanmin Rd., Minquan Rd., and surrounding streets. Visitors are strongly encouraged to use Taiwan Railways, High Speed Rail with a bus transfer, or other public transportation to reach central Xinying and enter the event area on foot. During the traffic-control period, please do not use locations within the restricted area as direct driving destinations.

Take Taiwan Railways to Xinying Railway Station, located at No. 1, Zhongshan Rd., Xinying Dist. Xinying Bus Terminal is located directly across from the railway station. Visitors may walk from the station to the parade area or transfer to a Tainan City Bus according to the traffic arrangements in effect on the event day. 

During the traffic-control period from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, Xinying Railway Station / Xinying Bus Terminal is recommended as the main public-transport arrival point. Visitors can then continue to the Xinying District Office, MinJhih Civic Center, Xinying Cultural Center, and the parade route on foot.

Take Taiwan High Speed Rail to HSR Chiayi Station, then transfer to Tainan City Bus Yellow 9 (Xinying–HSR Chiayi Station) for Xinying. Yellow 9 currently boards at Platform 3 at HSR Chiayi Station. 

During the street parade traffic-control period from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, bus routes and stops near MinJhih Civic Center and the parade area may be temporarily adjusted. Visitors are advised to travel to the Xinying terminal area and walk into the event area. Please check the latest route diversions and stop information before departure.

On regular service days, several Tainan City Bus routes serve Xinying District Office, MinJhih Civic Center, and Xinying Cultural Center. Xinying Bus Terminal, located directly across from Xinying Railway Station, is a major transfer point served by routes including the Brown Main Line, Yellow Main Line, Yellow 9, and other local services. 臺南市交通局

From 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM on October 17, buses operating around Minzhi Rd., Zhongzheng Rd., Sanmin Rd., and Minquan Rd. may be diverted due to the street parade, and some stops near the event area may be temporarily suspended or relocated. Visitors are therefore advised to use Xinying Bus Terminal / Xinying Railway Station as the main arrival point and walk into the event area.

Because traffic controls will be in effect around the parade route from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM, YouBike stations located along Minzhi Rd., Zhongzheng Rd., Sanmin Rd., Minquan Rd., and around Nanying Green Heart Park are not recommended as primary rental or return points during the event.

Visitors may instead use YouBike stations outside the main traffic-control area and continue to the parade area on foot, including:

• Xinying Sta. – southeast side of No. 1, Zhongshan Rd.
• Tongji St. Parking Lot – east side of No. 107, Tongji St.
• Taiwan Tainan District Prosecutors Office Xinying Office – No. 76, Datong Rd.
• Xinying Tennis Court – No. 118, Qinhan St.
• Entrance of Lane 225, Fuxing Rd. – opposite Lane 225, Fuxing Rd.

These stations are listed in Tainan City’s official YouBike station data. Bike and dock availability, as well as any temporary station closures on the event day, should be checked through the official YouBike website or app before traveling.

Traffic controls will be implemented around Minzhi Rd., Zhongzheng Rd., Sanmin Rd., Minquan Rd., and the main event area from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM on October 17. Visitors are advised not to drive directly to Xinying District Office, MinJhih Civic Center, Xinying Cultural Center, or Nanying Green Heart Park during this period.

Drivers are encouraged to park outside the traffic-control area and continue by public transportation, YouBike, or on foot. Xinying Transfer Station, located at No. 86, Xinyun 2nd Rd., provides 80 car parking spaces and 73 motorcycle parking spaces and may be used as an outer-area park-and-transfer option.
