YiTzy Folk Dance Theatre – A Unique Perspective on Traditional and Innovative Dance in Taiwan

Founded in 1996, YiTzy Folk Dance Theatre blends tradition and innovation, allowing more people to appreciate and value the beauty of the culture of this land, while simultaneously nurturing the seeds of the local arts, passing them on and cultivating their growth. Over the past twenty years, the group has spread the charm and beauty of Taiwan by performing in more than 80 overseas festivals in four continents, and has served as the opening and closing performance team for many cultural events. The group has also actively participated in the invitation to perform in the domestic folklore and cultural events.
