Founded in 1997, Fei Yang Folk Dance Troupe has set up rehearsal rooms and classrooms in Tainan’s Guiren, Yongkang, and Xinhua Districts, as well as in Wenxian Village. Over the years, the troupe has accumulated more than 1,000 domestic and international awards, such as the First Prize, the Gold Prize, the Outstanding Performance Award, the International Cultural Exchange Award, the Excellence in Teaching Award, and the Fei Feng (Flying Phoenix) Award.

Since 2003, the dance group has been invited to perform at numerous international festivals, including the international folk art festivals in Spain, Italy, the United States, Germany, France, Denmark, Hungary, Austria, the Czech Republic, Croatia, the Philippines, and Indonesia, and was even featured in the Festival Internacional de Folclore FestiMaiorca in Portugal in 2023. They express the glory of life with skillful dances, creating a chain of beautiful performances.
