Drums and Gongs Alive! Discover the Rhythms of Korean Nongak

Boom, clang! Feel the excitement and teamwork of Korean traditional folk music!

Beyond the familiar sounds of K-pop, did you know that Korea has a vibrant traditional performance that makes you want to clap along? Pyeongtaek Nongak from South Korea invites you to experience the lively gongs and drums of Korean nongak up close. Discover just how exciting and captivating traditional performing arts can be!

Nongak has deep connections to everyday life, festivals, and community cooperation. Different percussion instruments answer one another, sometimes powerful and ringing, sometimes light and flowing.
