Celebrating its 29th anniversary, the Pungo Dance Theater has long been dedicated to integrating the art of dance with the promotion of Taiwan’s "grassroots aesthetics"—the beauty of local culture. For many years, the theatre has deeply cultivated the "Bamboo Horse Formation" (Zhumazhen), a traditional folk performance culture that is entirely unique to Taiwan and the world.
